1,Make sure that the power incoming line is wired in accordance with the three-phase
five-wire system before powering on the system, and do not connect it wrongly;
2,It is strictly forbidden to plug and unplug the charging gun in the charging state;
3 It is strictly prohibited to conduct outdoor charging operations in rainy days。
9 Routine Maintenance
The internal components of the charger will age and wear due to the influence of ambient
temperature, humidity, dust and vibration,which will lead to potential failures of the charger.
Notice
Only qualified electrical engineers are allowed to do the following described work 。Do not leave screws, washers and other metal parts in the charger during maintenance otherwise the equipment may be damaged!
When you need to perform hardware maintenance operations on the charger, please do
the following work:
u turn off the charger, turn off the AC input power distribution, and ensure that the parts that
need to be touched are without electric;
u Cut off the voltage of all auxiliary circuits;
u After the remaining electric energy stored in the internal charging module is
discharged (after the power is off, let it stand for more than 10 minutes);
u Open the cabinet door and measure the voltage of the input terminal and the
intermediate circuit terminal to ensure that there is no dangerous voltage。
. The recommended routine maintenance cycle and work content are shown in Table1
Check content | Inspection Method | Maintenance cycle |
SystemOperatingstatusAndenvironment | 1.Observe whether the charger components, wiring, and device structure are damaged or deformed;2.Listen whether the charger is running abnormally;3.Check whether the touch screen data display is normal; 4.Check whether the switch, connector, circuit breaker, fanare normal;5.Check whether the charger shell heats up normally,Use thermal imaging cameras to monitor system heating condition;6.Observe whether the wind in and out is normal; 7.Check the humidity and dust around the charger。Note ! The ventilation of the air intake must be checked 。If the module cannot be effectively cooled, it will produce malfunction due to overheating。 | half-year |
Systemcleaning | 1.Check the cleanliness of circuit boards and components;2.Check the internal charging module temperature and dust.Take out the module if necessary and clean the module。 | Per half-year to one year (Depends on the dust content of the use environment |
Power Circuit connection | 1.Check whether the power cable and control cable are damaged,Especially if there are cut marks on the skin in contact with the metal surface;2.Check whether the Insulation bandaging of the power cable terminal has fallen off。 | Half-year after the first debugging, Every six months Once a year later |
Cooling airMachinemaintenanceAndreplacement | 1.Check Whether the fan blade has cracks;2.Listen if there is abnormal vibration when the fan is running;3.Replaced in time if the fan is abnormal,。 | Once a year |
Breakermaintain | 1.Routine inspection for the corrosion of all metal components (every six months);2.The annual inspection of the connector ensures that it runs well。 | Half-year to once a year |
13 / 17
Securityfunction | 1.Check the emergency stop button and stop button function;2.Simulated shutdown。 | Half-year to once a year |
